The Time Travel Guidebook is a prompted journal that allows for thoughtful reflection of the past, present, and future. Transport yourself to a moment in the past, set goals for the future, or take a mindful moment of pause to enjoy the present. Some of the prompts may evoke memories that are difficult to revisit, but travelers are encouraged to destroy evidence of their travels by burning the journal pages
with matches.
Included with this project is a calendar poster to track time, and stickers to remind yourself to journal. I screenprinted and letterpress printed gold ink onto the covers and pages, and stitched the journals together with gold thread.
